文章摘要:以色列始终将教育作为立国的基础。2020年2月新冠肺炎疫情开始在以色列蔓延,学生感染人数持续增长、教师面临安全风险和薪酬困境学校遭遇财务危机,使以色列的基础教育系统面临从未有过的挑战。以色列教育部对教学活动进行多次调整,制订教师扩聘培养计划以应对危机,保障基础教育阶段的学生停课不停学,但数字鸿沟在疫情期间加剧,也使在线教育的成效和基础教育的公平受到了严重影响。

Abstract:Israel has always taken education as one of its foundations. With the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Israel from March 2020,Israel’s basic education system has faced unprecedented challenges,such as the continued increase in the number of infected students,the shortage of teachers and the school financial crises. The Israeli Ministry of Education responded to the crisis by presenting online education program and alternative initial teacher education plan. On the one hand,students in the basic education stage have been guaranteed to be suspended from school but continue learning. On the other hand,the increased digital divide during the pandemic has severely affected the effectiveness of online education and the equity of basic education.
