2022年中国碳中和发展状况分析与评价

Abstract:2021 is the first year of the “14th Five-Year Plan”，China’s ecological construction and economic development turning to a new stage of high-quality development. Since 2007，China’s carbon neutrality development index has shown a slow upward trend as a whole and an accelerated upward trend since 2015，rising from 164.95 in 2001 to 182.50 in 2019. China’s carbon neutrality process is still in a low-speed development state. Among various sub indicators，the green energy index and green transportation index have increased significantly，and the ecological carbon sink index of 2019also has improved significantly compared with 2001. Through the analysis and calculation of the problems，opportunities and development trend of China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality development，this report puts forward some suggestions on accelerating the construction of “double carbon” system，accelerating the elimination of fossil energy process and promoting environment protection technological progress.
