2021年波兰文化发展报告

Abstract:With the recurrent waves of Covid-19 epidemics in 2021，Poland continued periodically taking strict public health control measures. Gradually the Polish cultural institutions returned to normal. In order to enhance the accessibility of cultural resources and build a barrier free environment，the Minister of Culture，National Heritage and Sport implemented cultural policies and projects，accelerated the digital transformation，upgraded facilities as well as information and communication technologies，and promoted the construction modernization. Meanwhile，by focusing on the cultural and artistic life of the special groups，cultivating nationwide reading and fitness awareness，and enabling the media to take an important role in the people’s cultural life，the government also ensured a better cultural development of Poland.
