日本大数据产业政策与产业链发展研究

Abstract:Since 2012，with the deepening of the application of information technology in all aspects of society，the development of big-data industry ushered in a rapid growth. Japan’s big data industry is no exception，and its related industrial policies and industrial chain development are worth studying. As an economic power，Japan’s big-data industry is not developing fast，and it is not in the forefront of the world’s developed countries in terms of data production and technology application. However，Japan has a strong technological research capacity and a solid hardware manufacturing foundation，which enables the upstream of the industry to continuously transfer kinetic energy to the middle and downstream，and widely deepen the application of big-data technology in public management and people’s production and life. Since the development of the big-data industry，the Japanese government has strengthened the definition of information privacy and the legal use of information in terms of laws and policies，which is conducive to encouraging the application of data from a long-term perspective. In the future，the Japanese government should start to arrange the data exchange of its big-data industry in the world and realize data sharing so as to serve more people.
