文章摘要：在我国“一带一路”倡议的大背景下，中非区域合作不断深化，PPP模式成为对非洲基础设施投资的重要方式。非洲国家构建了较为合理的PPP法律制度，但也存在诸多不足。分析了解非洲国家PPP法律制度，有助于引导我国对非基础设施投资。非洲国家PPP法律制度建设的相关经验，可供我国在完善PPP立法体系时借鉴参考。
