文章摘要：福建作为21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区，围绕“丝路海运”“丝路飞翔”“数字丝路”“丝路投资”“丝路贸易”“人文海丝”“生态海丝”“海丝茶道”等8个重点工程，从基础设施“硬联通”到规则标准“软联通”，再到交流合作“心联通”，深度融入共建“一带一路”，已取得积极成效。福建应充分发挥台港澳侨资源优势，全面对接《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP），深化“海丝”核心区品牌化建设，高质量建设“海丝”核心区。
