进博会提升全球治理水平研究

Abstract:The world is currently undergoing a new round of major development，reform and adjustment. While all countries are increasingly interacting with each other in economic and social development and the reform of the global development and governance system is gathering pace，the global development deficit is a hard nut to crack. A key solution is to address the problem of development facing the least developed countries. CIIE is a solution China proposes to easing the global development and governance deficit. It offers opportunities for the least developed countries to expand presence in China’s market，be faster integrated into the global economic and trade networks，promote economic development at home，enhance international positions and create more social wealth. However，as the operational mode is not mature，both software and hardware facilities are less than perfect and the brand influence is insufficient at present，CIIE’s support for the least developed countries is to be strengthened. To give further play to the role of CIIE in helping the least developed countries，on one hand，efforts shall be made to beef up the publicity of and support for the least developed countries before，amid and after the expo and increase the least countries’ recognition of and participation in CIIE；on the other hand，efforts shall be made to run CIIE as a brand and in a specialized manner to boost its global influence.
