湖北文化艺术事业发展报告（2018～2019年）

Abstract:Hubei cultural and art undertakings are blooming in 2018-2019 with great achievements. The development of Hubei cultural and art endeavor is more normative by promoting the reform of cultural system，and the capability of cultivating talents has been improved by various ways of talent training. Creating artistic masterpieces which focused on the major themes and advanced characters’ deeds and carrying out a series of themed cultural activities have greatly influenced Hubei and even the whole country. We will carry out cultural activities to enrich people’s lives，and participate in foreign communication and cooperation to promote integrated development of the cultural and art industries. However，we must be aware that the creation of literature and art is impetuous，there is a shortage of leaders in artists，public governance of literature and art needs to be improved in the process of the development of Hubei’s cultural and art cause. It is urgent to take measures to promote the development of Hubei’s cultural and art cause through creating artistic masterpieces for the people-centered goal，cultivating literary and artistic elites and reserving forces，and strengthening public governance of literature and art，among others.
