Abstract:This is very important, because the people of Henan Province began construction of the Area of Economy of Central Plains. The whole Service Industry developed steadily and orderly, The growth rate of gross improving steadily, the scale of investment expanding; consumption demand increasing continuously, during the first three quarters. But some problems still exist, such as the small of the total Vale-added of the Service Industry, the low proportion of traditional Service Industry, the imbalances of the local development etc. Prospecting the 2013, Henan Service Industry would have a lot of opportunities while would be facing many challenges. So, we forecast the growth rate of Henan Service Industry will be 9.6%.
