碳普惠：有效实现碳中和的消费端减排机制

Abstract:Achieving the “3060” carbon goal is the strategic decision of China integrating the domestic and international situations. At present，from the top-level design to the implementing pathway，from the clear vision to the construction of a green production and lifestyle，the state is mobilizing the great enthusiasm and momentum of the whole society and all initiatives to take actions to achieve this goal. In this context，how to maximize the potential of the whole society to build and share a green and low-carbon lifestyle has also become the focus point. This paper reviewed the development process of carbon inclusion in public green behaviors in China，analyzed the advantages and challenges of the multi-types of carbon inclusion mechanism of government and enterprises，as well as the innovative application of digital technology to help carbon neutralization.
