2020～2021年越南科技、教育、文化、医疗卫生的发展与展望

Abstract:In 2020，Vietnam obtained achievements in the field of applied technology，digital technology，smart-city，e-government and construction of digital infrastructure by enforcement of science，technology and innovation，laying a solid foundation for realizing the strategic goal of a powerful digital nation. Vietnam introduced standardization，modernization and socialization to education，striving to build a high-quality educational and training system，especially vocational education system. Vietnam also promoted the integration of education and high technology，reinforced the digitization of education，and cultivated high-quality talents for the country. Vietnam had carried out strategy in protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage，strengthened mass communication，international cultural exchanges and cooperation. Facing the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic，the Vietnamese government took active measures to this public health emergency and achieved good results in fighting COVID-19 epidemic. Vietnam was one of the forefronts in ASEAN in development of COVID-19 test kit and vaccine.
