2020年西班牙左翼联合政府执政一年：艰难抗疫、积极履责

Abstract:Since the Spanish left-wing coalition government came to power in early 2020，it has been seeking new solutions for realizing social equity，economic transformation and central-local relationship. However，the COVID-19 dramatically shocked Spanish society and economy. Focusing on tackling the pandemic，the new government made great efforts to adjust the public health management system，stabilize the relationship between central and local governments，and make 2021 national budget plan approved. Meanwhile，it put forward a series of policies for economic recovery and social equity in the post-COVID-19 era. This article analyzes Spain’s new situation and new developments in 2020 regarding multiple aspects.
