APEC与数字经济：进程、挑战与展望

Abstract:APEC is recognized as one of the highest-level multilateral blocs and oldest forums in the Asia-Pacific region，and exerts a significant global influence. Today，the Asia-Pacific region shows greater dynamism and potential than the rest of the world for the development of the global digital economy，which leads the world in data flow，digital technology，and digital markets. The digital economy has also injected strong power into driving economic recovery and growth in the APEC region. It can be expected that in the future，APEC member economies will take the APEC Putrajaya Vision 2040 as the goal and guide，enhancing cooperation in digital infrastructure construction，digital skills and literacy improvement and digital trade promotion，and jointly continue to boost the digital economy development in APEC region in the next 20 years.
