Abstract:In 2020，the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic unveiled the shortages in global governance. However，China forged ahead in difficulties，raised the concept that establishing a community of common health for mankind，enriched the concept of building a community of shared future for all mankind and the construction of the “Belt and Road” with high quality，boosted international economic and trade cooperation，to bring hope for revival and development of the world. Facing the crisis in the international society，China persisted the multilateralism in global system，and strived for the improvement of ecosystem and the achievement of sustainable development. As the international situation is still complex and changeable，China shows the responsible power，and continues to play a mainstay role in the world.
