数字技术助力智慧绿色建筑高质量发展研究

Abstract:Buildinginformatization is the core of realizing the digital transformation of the construction industry and the practical application of smart cities. With the digital technologies such as BIM building information model，3D scanning，artificial intelligence，machine learning，cloud computing，Internet of Things，GIS，robotics and wearable technology entering the AEC（architecture，engineering and construction）industry，the characteristics of “smart，green，safety，high quality and sustainability” have become the new goals pursued by global urban architecture. Based on the research background of China’s urban digital transformation and the high-quality development of construction industry，this paper starts with the concept connotation of smart building，green building and construction 4.0，studies its emerging digital technology applications，discusses the current situation of informatization development in construction industry and the problems of developing intelligent green building. By further studying the domestic，foreign experience and policy trends of digital technology in AEC field and specific scene applications，it finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for developing intelligent green building and its future prospects in China.
