Abstract:This report discusses the digital divide in the European Union and some European countries. It mainly analyzes the current situation of the digital divide from the aspects of connectivity and digital literacy，especially for the gap of disadvantaged groups and the problem of education gap. By analyzing the various measures taken by the EU and major countries to address the digital divide and education divide，as well as the actions taken to reduce the impact of the epidemic，it provides a reference for our country to narrow the digital divide and expand digital inclusion.
