2021年RCEP原产地规则对中日韩贸易发展的积极影响

Abstract:The rule of origin is used to determine the country or region of origin of trade goods. Only when this rule is satisfied can we enjoy the tariff preference of FTA. Therefore，rules of origin are an important part of FTA，but stricter rules of origin will also hinder the use of FTA. RCEP improvement of the rules of origin can make the contracting states，including China，Japan and ROK are more likely to meet the standards of country of origin，thus using the sharp reduction of tariff rates under the RCEP，expand the scale of regional trade in goods，enhance trade facilitation，and strengthen cooperation on industrial and supply chains among China，Japan and the ROK to build more broad prospects in the field of economic and trade.
