2022年青岛市深化公共数据开放利用的经验与启示

Abstract:Qingdao’s public data openness level leads the country. The 2021 report shows that Qingdao ranks second among 173 cities in the country，only behind Shanghai. As one of the first cities to launch open government data platform，Qingdao continues to promote the openness，development and use of public data，and its cumulative score of “ODympic”（four-year cumulative score）also ranks second in China. Qingdao’s high-level of public data opening mainly benefits from the “six-A”：forming a data management team，formulating a set of institutional systems，building a set of open data catalogues，building a set of supporting platforms，implementing a series of innovative actions，and build a safe bottom line. Qingdao’s excellent development experience can provide good inspiration and reference for other regions.
