试析中意文化合作机制的建立与作用

Abstract:In 2014，on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Italy，the two countries signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Creation of the China-Italy Cultural Forum. In 2016，in Beijing，the Ministry of Culture of China signed with the MIBACT of the Italy the Statute of the Cultural Forum between the People’s Republic of China and the Italian Republic，which marked the official creation of the mechanism on cultural collaborations between China and Italy. The cultural and institutional subjects of the two countries participating in the China-Italy Cultural Forum operate in specific fields such as entertainment，visual arts，creative designs，cultural heritages，cinema，tourism etc. With this mechanism，the two countries created a highly efficient collaboration platform to promote cultural exchanges and collaborations towards a more systematic，constant and pragmatic level.
