Abstract:In 2021，affected by the epidemic situation，China’s animation industry at home and abroad market still maintain a sustained，stable development. The foreign trade of China animation industry has the following characteristics such as industry development gradually realize the process from quantitative change to qualitative change，domestic animation gradually replace the imported，domestic animation goes global accelerated，etc. But at the same time，the further development of foreign trade in China’s animation industry faces the problems such as domestic cartoon market remains to be further standardized，domestic animation film production level needs to be improved，the theme of domestic animation need to be diversity，the copyright protection system still needs to be improved. In order to promote the further development of foreign trade in China’s animation industry，this article finally aimed at these problems puts forward related suggestions，such as increase the guidance and policy support for the development of the cartoon industry，improve the overall quality of the animation film market，achieve diversified development of content and themes，strengthen top-level design，and improve the copyright protection system.
