数字治理下中国的电力安全供应体系分析

Abstract:In 2021,successively affected by the cold weather,summer peaks,tight fuel supply,increasing of electricity consumption demand,control of energy consumption,the power supply and demand is tight. Power supply and demand is expected to balance in 2022,except for summer peaks and winter peaks. To ensure the safe and stable supply,we need to coordinate the reformation of supply-side and demand-side,solving the problem of interweaving with no-power use and limited-power use. The digitalization of electric power system can realize the connection of all links and scheduling of power resource,also can monitor and respond to the power system in real time. All in all,it is embodied in the digitalization of power-generation system,power-transmission and distribution system,powe-use system,which can tap into power-supply capacity,strengthen power-demand management and support energy transition. In power-supply,we will build a dynamic survey platform for new energy resources and a simulation platform for collaborative development of new-energy & power-grid. In power-demand,we will strengthen digital application of elastic balance of load & storage in source network and drive the digital application in demand side. In energy-transition,we will ensure cleaner and more efficient use of energy,relying on the application of coal control platform and monitor of equipment status.
