常熟服装产业带：跨境电商促进服装产业集群数字化转型

Abstract:The Changshu clothing industry has experienced for more than 30 years which has formed an industrial cluster with a transaction scale of more than one hundred billion in Suzhou. It is the textile and clothing base of the most complete industrial chain and the largest trading scale in eastern China. Suzhou cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area has been approved. It has promoted the integrated development of Changshu clothing industry and cross-border e-commerce. Meanwhile，it also brings the weakness of marketing，R&D，and manufacturing process when the clothing industry go overseas. The report analyzes the digital transformation of the clothing industrial clusters，the construction of brand，the innovation of marketing and the flexible manufacturing by cross-border e-commerce，and summarizes the path of the transformation of the clothing industry.
