Abstract:Quanzhou’s total economic output has led all cities in Fujian province for 22 years，and entered the ranks of cities with trillion GDP in 2021. Quanzhou takes the “Internet +” opportunity actively，promoting the integration development of traditional foreign trade and internet innovation，and cultivating new foreign trade by cross-border e-commerce. At present，Quanzhou has 9 hundreds of billions industrial clusters such as textile and garment industry，footwear industry，construction materials and furnishing industry，and craft products industry，which correspond to the high demand of footwear and clothing consumption categories in overseas markets，and it has the industrial advantage of cross-border e-commerce. The report summarizes the development status of Quanzhou cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area from the aspects of economic development，cross-border e-commerce data and the incubation of ecological. It analyzes the advantages，experience and opportunities of Quanzhou’s cross-border e-commerce. And，it put forward to construct a new ecosystem of cross-border e-commerce from the development of compliance，the cultivation of talents，the establishment of industry funds，the creation of supply chain，and the incubation of unicorn enterprise.
