Abstract
Weihai is located at the eastern of Shandong peninsula and in the center of the Northeast Asia economic rim. It is the first opening-up cities of coastal regions in China. In recent years，Weihai has played a part in the regional advantages of economic and trade “bridgehead” in Japan and South Korea，promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce industry which help Weihai with high-quality opening-up. Based on modern logistics，the report combs the current situation of Weihai comprehensive test area，summarizing the new model and experience of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry chain，analyzing the difficulties and pain points，expounding that the next development step of the comprehensive test area will focus on the construction of cross-border e-commerce two-way distribution center，building the cross-border e-commerce logistics hub in Northeast Asia，and promoting the innovative development of new cross-border retail.
