儿童游戏权探析——以《儿童权利公约》第31条为视角

Abstract:Article 31 of the Convention on the rights of the child defines children’s right to play. There is a multidimensional relationship between the right to play and other rights contained in the Convention on the Rights of the Child. However，as a “forgotten right”，children’s right to play faces many difficulties in family，education and public situations. We should recognize children’s play from the perspective of rights beyond instrumentalism and internalism. We should respect，support and promote children’s play right by changing the traditional concept of children’s play，improving children’s play time and space，and protecting children’s right to participate in expression.
