Abstract:It will be still difficult to go to stabilize for Algeria’s in 2021. After the Hirak movement in 2019，Algeria’s political situation is still in turmoil. President Abdelmadjid Tebboune is controlling in power from 2021 to 2025. While his age and physical condition have aroused many suspicions from the outside，and the possibility of internal coup is increasing. It is difficult to be continue to remain the authoritative political system，and the political ecology has been damaged，which have exacerbated the tension among domestic power parties. The economy will decline sharply in 2020. Although economy of growth will resume in 2021，economic structural problems and poor government financial situation will limit the growth rate. At the same time，the inflation rate is continuing to rise. The situation could be affect the overall economic development. Furthermore，social problems are becoming prominent increasingly，and protests and riots are at risk of turning into violent conflicts. The security situation tends to deteriorate，overseas and domestic terrorism is on the rebound，and terrorist events occur from time to time，which are affecting social security and economic development seriously. What is more prominent in diplomacy is that Algeria has a good and gradually warming relationship with China. They carry out cooperation in the fields of economy，trade，education and culture. In addition，Algeria maintains good relations with the former suzerain country-France，but its relations with individual neighboring countries are still tense. On the whole，Algeria’s diplomacy still has many difficulties which are difficult to solve. The New Constitution will come into force in 2020，but the change is only superficial，and the political situation is not optimistic in Algeria.
