新加坡“研究、创新和企业2025”重塑后疫情时代增长动力

Abstract:Research，Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan（RIE）is the cornerstone of Singapore’s strategy for developing a knowledge-and technology-intensive economy and further consolidating its global center position for technological innovation. In order to better cope with the new challenges in the post COVID-19era，reshape the new developing force，RIE2025 has made positive adjustments compared with the ex-strategies：emphasizing more on the enhancement of national basic research capacity，the resilience and sustainability of development，maximally applying the science and technology and realizing value. More key strategic areas have been added，including trade and connectivity，enhancing human potential and digital economy. Investment in basic research，platform building，talent pooling and collaboration networks has been increased greatly. RIE2025 fully reflects Singapore government’s development vision and boldness，and provides a useful reference for Chinese cities to enhance the capacity of science and technology innovation and develop innovative cities.
