文章摘要：近年来，人工智能进入新一轮创新活跃期，前沿领域不断取得突破性进展，产业规模持续扩大，人工智能成为影响各国和地区未来的经济水平、科技竞争力乃至国家安全的重要因素。本研究对2020年以来的全球人工智能产业特点进行总结，梳理主要国家和地区的人工智能战略布局，总结全球人工智能科技竞合关系，最后提出未来人工智能产业发展的特点和趋势。
