文章摘要:科技创新驱动力已成为长江经济带高质量发展的主导因素。基于投入—产出—载体—绩效的科技创新驱动力系统框架构建指标体系,对长江经济带110个城市科技创新驱动力及其系统内部耦合协调发展进行定量评估,结果表明:长江经济带城市科技创新综合驱动力呈现金字塔形等级结构,具有上游地区<中游地区<下游地区的梯度化空间分异特征;投入驱动力与综合驱动力存在相似的空间分布特征,产出和载体驱动力比投入驱动力的集聚性更强,绩效驱动力的空间分布相对均衡;长江经济带科技创新驱动力系统内部的耦合协调性总体偏低,但科技创新综合驱动力较强的城市耦合协调度相对更优,科技创新驱动力存在两极化趋势。与前期研究结果相比,总体而言,长江经济带城市科技创新驱动力不断提升,科技创新综合驱动力强的城市不断弥补短板,应更大程度发挥综合性优势,在协同创新中发挥引领作用;而科技创新综合驱动力较弱城市也在积蓄力量锻造长板,这可能导致了城市科技创新驱动力系统内部的耦合协调性下降,但从长江经济带整体而言,中小城市应聚焦地方优势,增强有特色的科技创新力量,积极参与区域协同创新,从而化解内部系统不完善问题。

Abstract:The driving force of scientific and technological innovation has become the leading factor for the high-quality development of the Yangtze River economic belt. Based on the system framework of scientific and technological innovation driving force based on input-output carrier performance,this paper constructs an index system to quantitatively evaluate the scientific and technological innovation driving force and its internal coupling and coordinated development of 110 cities in the Yangtze River economic belt. The results show that the comprehensive driving force of scientific and technological innovation in the cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents a pyramid hierarchical structure,with the characteristics of gradient spatial differentiation in the upper reaches<the middle reaches<the lower reaches;There are similar spatial distribution characteristics between input driving force and comprehensive driving force. The agglomeration of output and carrier driving force is stronger than input driving force,and the spatial distribution of performance driving force is relatively balanced;The coupling and coordination within the driving force system of scientific and technological innovation in the Yangtze River economic belt is generally low,but the coupling and coordination degree of cities with strong comprehensive driving force of scientific and technological innovation is relatively better,and the driving force of scientific and technological innovation has a polarization trend. Compared with the previous research results,in general,the driving force of scientific and technological innovation in cities in the Yangtze River economic belt is constantly improving. Cities with strong comprehensive driving force of scientific and technological innovation are constantly making up for their shortcomings,so they should give greater play to their comprehensive advantages and play a leading role in collaborative innovation;The comprehensive driving force of scientific and technological innovation is weak,and cities are also accumulating strength to forge long plates,which may lead to the decline of coupling and coordination within the urban scientific and technological innovation driving force system. However,as a whole,from the perspective of the Yangtze River economic belt,small and medium-sized cities should focus on local advantages,create distinctive scientific and technological innovation forces,and actively participate in regional collaborative innovation,so as to solve the problem of imperfect internal system.
