Abstract:Sharing economy business model is a three-sided market model based on information technologies，a resource management model borne by sharing right of exploitation，and a market model dominated by platform rules. The emergence and development of sharing economy business model introduces several new issues on legal regulation and social governance. For instance，how to deal with three-sided transaction and define its legal status，how to safeguard the rights of the participants and protect public interests？Confronting with those problems，we shall comprehensively consider the fairness and efficiency in transaction，the interest from economic and social perspectives，the various participants’ rights，as well as prior protection and ex post justice，in order to strive for a balance of all relevant values.
