Abstract:In 2021，in the face of the complex and severe power supply and demand situation，the Henan power industry resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the provincial party committee and the provincial government，coordinate the promotion of power supply，post-disaster reconstruction，green and low-carbon transformation and other tasks，and accelerate the construction of new energy as the main body New power system. This ensures the safe，reliable，stable and orderly supply of electricity，and provides strong support for the reco-very of the province’s economic and social operations. In 2022，with the acceleration of the energy green transition under the background of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”，the development of the power industry will have both rare historical opportunities and many difficult challenges. Henan should coordinate development and security，adhere to the direction of green and low-carbon，safety guarantee as the basis，energy conservation and efficiency as the guide，reform and innovation as the driving force，and post-disaster reconstruction as an opportunity to promote the coordination of the entire link of source，network，load and storage，and the entire chain of the power industry. Develop and accelerate the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body. For the new era and new journey，Henan is striving to achieve the goal of “two guarantees” to provide clean，low-carbon，safe and efficient power guarantee.
