Abstract:At present，the multi-polarization of the world struture is forming，the international relations are changing，with international political and economic uncertainties and unstable factors increasing. The US international order view is difficult for the majority of the countries to support and even its power to lead the world order is gradually deteriorating. The Ukranian crisis has brought about changes in the geopolitical structure of the Eurasian Region. The US and Europian Union in alliance impose sanctions on Russia. The SCO is faced with new challenges with the founding and continuous expansion of the ISIS leading to the overlap of new and old crises of international politics and economy，a highlight of competitive complexcity of transition from the new international order to the old one and the replacement of the old one with the new one. China carries out the Strategy of “One Belt and One Road” and receives positive responses from the countries along the way. In the backdrop of the Ukranian crisis，Russia attaches more importance to the SCO and political mutual trust between China and Russia increases，and the willingness of the member states for cooperation strengthens. The SCO’s influence and attraction continuously improves and the gate of its membership expansion already opens. Faced with new opportunities，the SCO development will scale a new height.
