“伊斯兰国”的崛起及对中国国家安全的影响

Abstract:The rapid rise and rage of “Islamic State” pose great threats to international security and China’s national security. Behind the rise of “Islamic State” there are mixed reasons：the impact of the war in Iraq and Syria’s civil war；the game of big powers in the Middle East. The “Islamic State” is characterized by its special management model，multiple financing modes and intense ideological propaganda. The “November 13” Paris Attacks prompted the formation of a new anti-terror alliance. The international community’s combat efforts curbed the expansion of “Islamic State” to a certain extent. However，out of national interest consideration，different countries take different approaches towards “Islamic State”，which makes it difficult for the international community to form synergy and to destroy “Islamic State”. The rise of “Islamic State” not only poses threats to the periphery of China，but also impacts the extremists within China and its oversea interests. China should engage in international cooperation to fight against the “Islamic State”. Only with comprehensive measures can “Islamic State” be eliminated.
