文章摘要：上海市位于“一带一路”和长江经济带两大战略的交会点，地理位置优越，战略地位独特。在探讨上海市建设“一带一路”的基础条件、面临机遇和着力点基础上，本文首先梳理了近期上海市参与“一带一路”建设的主要举措和成效，接着分析了上海市在参与推进“一带一路”建设过程中遭遇的问题与瓶颈，最后提出未来上海市建设“一带一路”的几点建议。
