“振兴计划”与“一带一路”倡议战略对接分析

Abstract:Both the Resurrection plan initiated by the Egyptian government and “the Belt and Road” Initiative being boosted by China have entered into the stage of implementation. The Resurrection plan aims at national rejuvenation through economic resurrection while “the Belt and Road” Initiative is aimed at the orderly and free flow of economic factors，effective allocation of resources and the intensive integration of markets. The two strategies are highly complementary. Egypt and China enjoy high level of political mutual trust and close trade-economic relations. Similar development goals and established economic cooperation constitute the foundation for connecting “the Belt and Road” Initiative and Egypt’s Resurrection Plan. This connection will have to face disturbances from major powers and restrictions arising from within. A step-by-step manner and multiple-path approach is advisable for this connection，which is to serve as a role model for countries “the Belt and Road”.
