中国与“一带一路”共建国家投资合作的成就、问题与对策

Abstract:Since the proposal of the “Belt and Road” Initiative in 2013，with the commitment to the principle of “Extensive Consultation，Joint Contribution and Shared Benefits”，China has continuously deepened political mutual trust and investment cooperation with the B&R countries and made a series of remarkable achievements，which not only provides new opportunities for the development of China and the B&R countries，but also becomes an important engine propelling global economic growth. But at the same time，there are still some problems in the investment of China in the B&R countries，such as unbalanced spatial and industrial distribution，low completion rate of cross-border mergers and acquisitions，worrying profitability of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones，and lagging bilateral investment agreements. Therefore，China needs to adjust and optimize the industrial structure and location distribution of its foreign direct investment，build a collaborative network for cross-border mergers and acquisitions of different ownership enterprises，scientifically formulate park development plans，and reconstruct bilateral investment agreements to achieve high-quality development and promotion of the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
