2019～2020年河南省石油行业发展形势分析与展望

Abstract:In 2019，affected by resource endowment and high mining cost，Henan crude oil production continued to decline. The consumption of refined oil continued to grow，which was promoted by improvement of the urban and rural public transportation infrastructure and growing of the social travel demand. The implement of the strategy of “diversification of external introduction” effectively ensured the oil supply，and the oil supply and the demand were generally stable throughout the year. Considering the lower international oil prices，released refining capacity due to policy bonus，and gradually opening of refined oil products market，the overall supply and demand of refined oil would be further loosened in 2020. In order to guarantee the safe and efficient supply of petroleum，it is necessary to accelerate the construction of major infrastructure，strengthen the exploration and development of crude oil and shale oil in the province，promote the integrated development of petrochemical industry，salt chemical industry and coal chemical industry，and explore the transformation and upgrading path of refining to chemical industry.
