To curb its spread, the Japanese government has taken a series of measures such as putting on restriction on economic activities, opening hour of shops and people’s travel. But the COVID-19 has still caused about 20000 people infected and more than 3000 dead in Japan, with the impact on Japanese society in 2020 very extensive and far-reaching.
