上海合作组织成员国互联互通建设：现状与前景
文章摘要：本文总结了本组织成立以来各成员国互联互通，尤其是基础设施互联互通取得的成绩，即道路运输网络基本建立，油气跨境管道建设成熟，电力电信网络逐渐形成，为进一步开拓上海合作组织经贸合作潜力、促进区域经济合作发展提供了良好条件。并在此基础上，分析互联互通建设中存在的问题和风险以及未来发展前景。
