瑞典北极政策：重心、考量及挑战——以瑞典2020版新北极战略为出发点

Abstract:In 2020，the Swedish government issued a new Arctic strategy. Comparing the old and new Arctic strategy，we can be aware of that Sweden’s Arctic policy focuses on strengthening international cooperation，maintaining national security，promoting scientific research，promoting economic development，protecting the climate and environment，and improving social conditions in the Arctic region. The reasons of Sweden regarding these six parts as the focus of its Arctic policy are multiple，which including maintaining its own security and stability，obtaining Arctic economic benefits，coping with Arctic climate warming，enhancing Arctic scientific research ability and improving Arctic social problems. However，the implementation of its Arctic policy is faced with challenges such as the big powers’ activities influence the Arctic overall situation at the international level，the competition of other Nordic countries at the regional level，and the difficulty of its own strength to support its Arctic policy at the national level.
