2019年山西黄河流域高质量发展现状及对策研究

Abstract:Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is a major national strategy. Shanxi Province is located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin. It has an important geographical position and shoulders a great historical responsibility and mission. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，Shanxi has adhered to ecological priority，actively managed mountains and rivers，strengthened ecological restoration and governance，and made exploration for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. This report analyzes the measures，achievements and challenges of Shanxi Province in promoting ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in recent years，suggests further strengthening the ecological restoration and management of “two mountains，seven rivers and one basin”，speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure，promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism in the Yellow River Basin，and strengthening the communication of the Yellow River Basin Work together.
