Abstract:First，starting from the dispute of housing accumulation fund，it is put forward that the logic of housing accumulation fund exists not in itself，but in the unique function orientation of housing accumulation fund in housing security system. The establishment of housing accumulation fund system in China is closely related to the reform of housing distribution system and the process of urbanization，which has obvious social attributes and extensive social significance. Finally，the author puts forward the direction and strategy of housing accumulation fund system reform in Beijing-Tianjin-Xiongan New Area urban agglomeration.
