京津冀协同发展背景下北京减量发展研究（2000~2017）

Abstract:Reduced development is a feature of the capital’s development in the new era. It is an important development concept that Beijing has entered a new stage. It is also an important strategic choice for implementing the spirit of the important speech delivered by general secretary xi jinping during his visit to Beijing. In recent years，Beijing has achieved some positive results in reducing the amount of development，but there are also some deep-seated problems. In the future，we need to clarify our thinking on development and focus on the relationship between reduced development and enhanced functions of the capital and steady growth. In particular，we should make clear the key and difficult points of reduction in development，identify the key breakthrough points of reduction in development，make innovations in policy guarantees for reduction in development，and accelerate the deepening of reduction in development in Beijing.
