2015～2019年京津冀协同发展与“一带一路”建设

Abstract:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development initiative and the “Belt and Road” Initiative both shoulder important missions in promoting regional cooperation and opening up. The two initiatives support and promote each other，so their alignment and integration is a historical necessity for innovation-driven development. The flow of innovative elements，the achievements of science and technology innovation，and the creation of an environment for innovation can drive，support and boost regional coordinated development. At present，the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region builds regional core competitiveness through collaborative innovation practices such as promoting the input and flow of innovation resources，transforming scientific and technological achievements，and linking work mechanisms. At the same time，science and technology innovation and technology output and absorption bolsters up the “Belt and Road” construction，stimulating the development of “Belt and Road” countries and domestic provinces and cities，as well as the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Institutional innovation also paves a solid foundation for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and the “Belt and Road” Initiative. In the future，collaborative innovation and development within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be further strengthened to enhance its international competitiveness and influence. Measures such as deepening enterprise-university-research cooperation，cultivating technology element markets，building innovative technology exchange and cooperation platforms，and employing talents in various form can be adopted to support and promote the integration and great progress of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development initiative and the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
