2018～2019年中国同欧洲“一带一路”合作的进展与挑战

Abstract:The “Belt and Road” Initiative has received a positive response from most European countries，expanding new space for China-EU cooperation. All 16 Central and Eastern European countries and 6 Western European countries including Italy have joined the “Belt and Road” Initiative. The China-Europe Railway Express has played a unique role in the communication between the two sides and the transportation of goods in countries along the route，which has been further highlighted amid the Covid-19 epidemic. France，Germany and Britain have shifted to an open attitude from questioning because they are unwilling to lose the opportunity to cooperate with China despite worries about damage of their own interests. These three major European countries，as allies of the United States，are still looking for a new position in their relations with China. Their impact on China-EU cooperation on the “Belt and Road” Initiative cannot be ignored.
