全球气候风险与中国防范策略

Abstract:The paper describes the latest facts of global climate system change，then introduces the regional characteristics of global risk，the impacts of climate change on major fields/trades，regions，and the risks of global climate change. This paper analyses the characteristics of climate change in China，the impacts of climate change on key fields and regions in China，and the possible risks of climate change in China. On the basis of further elaboration of climate change risk management，it puts forward some strategies and suggestions for strengthening climate risk management in China. Firstly，it attaches importance to and improves China’s adaptation to climate change，especially to cope with extreme weather and climate events. The second is to strengthen basic research on climate change and natural disasters. The third is to carry out demonstration and technology popularization of disaster prevention and mitigation in disaster-prone areas，poverty-stricken areas and major national strategic areas. The fourth is to focus on the construction of climate change risk management system and guarantee measures.
