十年气候前行路，历经风雨见彩虹

Abstract:It took 10 years since the first Annual Report on Actions to Address Climate Change by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Meteorological Administration published in 2009. This green book always pays close attention to and reflect international climate process and low-carbon development in China. This report reviews 10 years of tackling climate change from different perspectives including scientific understanding， international climate governance and domestic policies and actions. It also comprehensively analyzes the current situations to address climate change， and briefly summarizes the birth and development process of the green book as well as the outlook for the future.
