中国-北欧合作及前景展望

Abstract:The year 2017 witnessed fruitful cooperation between China and the Nordic countries. Apart from strengthened bilateral political，economic and cultural exchanges，the China-Nordic “1+5” cooperation is gaining momentum，with the Nordic Council of Ministers joining hands with the Chinese side to push this cooperation forward. The idea of “1+5” cooperation，a reflection of China's overall diplomatic thinking，will play a complementary role to existing bilateral cooperation between China and the five Nordic countries and create more opportunities for both China and the Nordic region. China-Nordic cooperation has huge potentials in wide-ranging fields，such as green development，innovation cooperation，BRI Initiative and Arctic governance. However，in pushing the cooperation forward，constraints and challenges such as heterogeneity in the Nordic region，limited incentives and the “EU factor”，should be carefully considered and properly addressed.
