2017~2020年以供应链金融为抓手 深化中国银行业供给侧结构性改革

Abstract:The development of supply chain finance is an important way for the banking industry to serve the real economy，which helps to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs. In recent years，the policy system of supply chain finance has been continuously improved，and the business has achieved rapid development. However，there are still some outstanding problems，such as that the enthusiasm of core enterprises needs to be improved，that the business matching is difficult，that the operation requirements are high，that the laws and regulations are not complete，and that the credit system is not perfect，which hinder the development of supply chain finance. These problems have negative impacts not only on broadening the financing channels of SMEs，but also on maintaining the stability and integrity of the supply chain. It is suggested that we should accelerate the development of accounts receivable in bill form，promote the diversification of supply chain financial models，improve relevant laws and regulations，encourage and accelerate the application of financial technology，improve the supply chain financial ecosystem，support the sustainable development of supply chain finance with multiple measures，in order to enhance the stability of China’s industrial chain supply chain. We should promote high-quality economic development，while deepening the supply side structural reform of the banking industry.
