Abstract:In 2020，China’s insurance industry maintained a stable development trend with a slower growth caused by the epidemic. 2020 was the final year of the critical battle against major risks. Under the premise of preventing risks，the regulatory authority focused on promoting the high-quality development of insurance industry，further standardized insurance business operations and insurance fund investments，strengthened the legal and compliance operations of insurance institutions，while at the same time deepening the reform of streamlining administration and delegating power，improving regulation，and upgrading services to create an excellent business environment and enhance the ability of the insurance industry to serve the real economy.
